Can the same line process single-glass and double-glass modules?
Some configurations can handle both, but the structures should be identified and tested separately. Glass thickness, encapsulant, edge sealing, frame design and target glass condition can change the required settings or stages.
How should plant capacity be specified?
Define secured annual tonnes or pieces, working days, shifts, representative module weight and expected availability. Hourly equipment throughput alone is not the same as achievable annual plant output.
What materials can a crystalline-silicon PV recycling line separate?
Typical streams include aluminium frames, copper-bearing cable and junction-box material, glass-rich fractions, silicon-cell or laminate fractions and plastics or process residues. Actual grade and destination must be confirmed with representative feedstock and local buyers.

Are recovery and purity results guaranteed?
Results depend on feedstock, operating conditions, sampling and product specifications. A responsible proposal states test conditions and acceptance criteria; project-specific guarantees require explicit contract terms.
Can silver be recovered directly by a physical line?
Physical processing can concentrate silver-bearing cell material, but refined silver recovery generally requires a separate downstream metallurgical or chemical refining step.
