With over 50 dedicated R&D engineers, our team brings together decades of deep expertise in advanced materials, mechanical automation, and intelligent control systems. Founder & Chairman
Holding a PhD and an EMBA from Tsinghua University, Dr. Fan is a Senior Engineer with 15 years of dedicated experience in the PV industry. He has led 6 national-level projects, holds 18 invention patents and 51 utility model patents, and has published 12 scientific papers (SCI/EI). He previously served as the R&D Center Director for a large state-owned enterprise and Deputy Director of a national-level CNAS laboratory. Driven by a vision for sustainability, he founded YCSOLUTION to provide comprehensive, full-lifecycle management services for the global PV supply chain. He is a recipient of the prestigious National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize).

R&D Director
Holding a Master’s degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Zhang Xin has been deeply engaged in the PV industry for over a decade. He holds more than 30 authorized invention patents. As a senior expert in the field, he is highly proficient in monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon technologies, as well as the physical, chemical, and thermal dismantling processes of end-of-life solar modules. He leads the company’s continuous breakthroughs in the R&D and industrialization of PV recycling technology.

Electrical Supervisor
Zhu Ming brings over 10 years of extensive experience in electrical design and automation. He is highly skilled in the independent development, programming, and debugging of complex PLC and HMI control systems. He has successfully spearheaded the R&D for automated typesetting equipment, battery manufacturing auto-loading systems, and major technical facility upgrades, ensuring YCSOLUTION’s equipment operates with peak precision and reliability.

Mechanical Supervisor
With over 8 years of specialized experience in non-standard automation design, Ru Qikang is a master of 3D engineering software including SolidWorks, PTC, and ProE. He possesses deep expertise in steel structures, sheet metal fabrication, and advanced welding processes. He has a proven track record of independently developing precision machinery such as winding systems, spot welding machines, and wire harness equipment, providing a robust mechanical foundation for our recycling lines.
